Sardinian catering, in single portions

Sardinia and its sea in single portions: everyone takes their own, standing, with a hand free for the toast. No plates to share and no extra cutlery.

Fresh prawns, rolled carasau, bites filled with pecorino cream, bottarga, baccalà mantecato, fregola, small salads. We put the menu together with you, for your occasion and your number of guests.

From the sea

The sea, in one bite

Fresh prawns, raw or just seared, served in a small glass with a sauce or on a spoon. You take one with one hand and finish it in a bite.

Baccalà mantecato, the white cream whipped from salt cod and olive oil, comes on toast or on a round of polenta.

From the land

The land, one taste at a time

Carasau is the thin, crisp bread of Sardinian shepherds: here it is rolled around a cream. Sardinian pecorino becomes a small bite with a heart of pecorino cream.

Grey mullet bottarga is grated over toast or over fregola, the toasted pasta that goes with the sea in Sardinia. Small fresh salads close the round, each in its own cup.

The counter

All in a line, ready to take

The single portions are prepared and lined up on the stainless steel counter, side by side: you see at a glance what there is and everyone picks their own.
