Milan · Tortona · since 2005
Fiore is Sardinia in the middle of Milan: raw seafood, fresh fish chosen every morning, the island's handmade pasta, porceddu and pecorino, and myrtle at the end of the night. Open Monday to Saturday, from 7 in the morning to 1 at night.

«Bene bènnidos!»That is how Alessandro welcomes you: "welcome", in Sardinian. At Fiore, Sardinian is spoken at the bar and at the tables.
Alessandro is not just the owner, he is the heart of this place. With his Sardinian roots and his passion for hospitality he has built a refined but welcoming room, where the flavours of the sea and the land tell family stories. In Via Savona since 2005, the same way: quality without compromise, sincere hospitality. When you walk into Fiore you are not customers. You are guests.

Chapter I · The sea
If you are looking for a seafood restaurant in Milan, start here: raw red prawns, crudités and carpaccio (all raw fish is blast-chilled, as the law requires), fregola with prawns, lobster pasta, bottarga and bluefin tuna.

Chapter II · The land
Culurgiones closed by hand in an ear-of-wheat pattern, malloreddus with Sardinian sausage, gnocchetti with ragù, roast porceddu, pecorino with honey, a board of Sardinian cured meats and seadas to finish.
